Fix problem where multiple Snakeoil OS machines cannot co-exist on the same network

Seed for RNG appears to be returning a constant number (possibly 0 or -1?) instead of the time of day. This means all Snakeoil OS machines are generated with 10 set of identical MAC addresses. This will break squeezelite as these serve as unique identifiers for LMS.
