When in free edition, show features that are available when in Snakeoil mode

Some tabs have snakeoil features that are better placed in their respective tabs (and not the Snakeoil tab) itself. Setup a UI such that this is clear that:

• There are snakeoil options available
• Which option are snakeoil

Perhaps can use something like disabled with a note saying these are snakeoil features?
