Figure out a way to make auto resume work when using Squeezelite

Right now when LMS and Squeezelite is running on the same machine, sqeeuzelite autoresume doesn't seem to work. But this feature works when you are running LMS on another server.

So trying to find a way to work around getting the same featureset on the one computer

1. Make sure LMS and Squeezelite is running on the same machine
2. Create a playlist
3. Hit play
4. Shutdown or reboot the computer
5. Squeezelite will not resume play back when the computer is booted back up
